My warmest and heartfelt greetings and congratulations to all the members of the Rotary club of Roxas on the occasion of your 45^th Anniversary.

The 45 years of existence that your club has achieved has undoubtedly been glorious years of excellent service, of unwavering commitment, of heartwarming camaraderie and friendship. With all your laudable and brilliant accomplishments, I sincerely believe your club will have a continuing journey to success.

Looking back now, we must give honor and recognition to the man of distinction who was the progenitor of the formation of Rotary Club of Roxas, Mr. Teodoro “Ted” Oliva who became the Charter President. Despite the prevailing attitude that no service club could last long in Roxas City, his indomitable will and burning enthusiasm gave birth to the Rotary Club of Roxas. The succeeding Club Presidents should also be given credit and recognition for being pro-active leaders and for showing the important role that civic-oriented organizations can play in empowering and enhancing the capability of businessmen and professionals as well as the ordinary folks in uplifting the quality of life of people and creating beneficial changes in the environment. The awards that the Rotary Club of Roxas has consistently won year after year are glittering testimonies of its remarkable achievements in the field of service.

To President Victor Acepcion and all the officers and members of the Rotary Club of Roxas, a resounding Congratulations! There is no doubt that the years ahead will be years of more laudable accomplishments that will ensure the high standard for which your club has set as a barometer for its achievement.
