Greetings from Zamboanga City!
In behalf of the Rotarians of Zamboanga City, especially my club, the Rotary Club of Zamboanga City West, I wish to extend my felicitations to the Rotary Club of Roxas on its 45th Anniversary Celebration.
As one of the older clubs in Rotary International District 3850, you have a long history and tradition of service to your community, particularly Roxas City and the Province of captivating Capiz. May I, therefore, challenge your officers, headed by President Federico “Pip” Acepcion to sustain the enthusiasm, desire and drive of the past club leaders in undertaking relevant projects that promotes Rotary’s motto, “Service above self”.
