My warmest greetings to the Rotary Club of Roxas on your 45th Founding/Charter Anniversary Celebration on December 11, 2009. This occasion marks another significant milestone as one of the oldest Rotary clubs in our district which has served the community through the years and still going strong to serve in the future.
The Rotary Club of Kalibo, your daughter club, is wholeheartedly supporting your club’s endeavor for the progress of our communities. We are, likewise, extending our congratulations to President Pip Acepcion for leading the club to its well-deserved place to where it is now. God will always give you strength.
