P. Pip led the UI Emissary team to visit and finalize the MOA with the

Roxas Memorial Provincial Hospital - Chief of Hosp - Dr. D. Galvines

and representing the Capiz Medical Society is also a fellow Rotarian,

Dr. Tina Danac-Delfin.
