ENIGARDO “Jundad” Legislador was born in Sipalay City, Negros Occidental. He was born to Enigardo Legislador, Sr. and Estelita Buenavista. He finished the ff: Doctor of Medicine at the Southwestern University, Cebu; General Surgery, Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Reg’l. Hospital.
Gov. Jundad was introduced into the world of Rotary in 1992 when he became one of the members of D3850’s Group Study Exchange (GSE) Team to D3070, India. He joined the Rotary Club of Kabankalan in 2000.
I met Gov Jundad first time when he was president of RC Kabankalan during Rotary’s Centennial year, where I was appointed as D3850 Fellowship Chair by PDG Nanette Garcia, of which we call our team the Centennial Team. He was one of the most admired Rotary gentlemen in our team because he is charming and amiable. He can talk upfront but with grace and respect.
Most of his notable accomplishment are the ff: Zone 7B Coordinator for Public Image Resource Group in RY 05-06 and Team Leader of the last batch of GSE to D5110 Oregon, USA—RY 2012-13.
He is a passionate and committed Surgeon. He continue to influence other Rotarians with his inspiring stories about his medical, surgical and dental mission.
He said that the only aspiration he can leave as a Governor is the legacy of continuity by working with governors who will succeed him and thru his initiative in cooperative continuity, he will surely succeed.
Gov. Jundad is a Multiple Paul Harris Fellow and a member of the Paul Harris Society. Welcome to RC Roxas, Gov!/ MSL
