THE VTT GRADUATES

Finally, the eight teachers from the different TECH-VOC schools in Capiz have graduated just recently from their 30-day training on Automotive Servicing Course at Hunnan Vocational Training Center, South Korea. The new Vocational Training Team (VTT) graduates are: Rodelio Animay , Pelagio Loria, Jr of Dumalag Central NHS; Edcor Diaz from Panitan NHS, Julius Japsay of Vicente Andaya NHS, Eric Lorenzo from.Milibili NHS, Jojie Vasquez , Albert Elizares and Rodney Floro from RCSPC.
Their exposure in South Korea, one of the leading car manufacturing countries in the world, will eventually helped them in all aspects of automotive specialization. It is more significant to the team because of the K-12 program of the Department of Education in the Philippines and guided by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
The grant was approved seeking to upgrade the skill level of automotive servicing trainers/instructors in the three technical-vocational high schools in the province of Capiz, namely, Roxas City School for Philippine Craftsmen (RCSPC), Cong. Ramon A. Arnaldo High School (CRAASHS), and Dumalag Central National High School (DCNHS). With better upgrade and better training, now they are ready to train the three senior high schools. We are looking forward to their employability, equipped with excellent skills and with global competitiveness in the field of automotive. The focus of the project is economic instability, specifically to alleviate poverty towards community development. Once they gain employment, they are assured of better pay off in exchange of higher level of expertise.

Currently, enhacing your skills is considerably attractive to the labor market of which the need for more skilled workers are in demand here and abroad, so long as your academic education is completed.

The GG is in partnership with Rotarians from Korea District 3690, in cooperation with D3710 of which Hunan Vocational Training Center is located.
