Minimum requirements
- Club in good standing
a. Updated dues (i.e. Rotary International dues, Governor’s Fund)
b. Philippine Rotary Magazine subscription (as required per club) - Timely submission of monthly attendance report
- Submission of 3-Year Strategic Plan
- President-Nominee in place
- Must have participated in the District Training Assembly (Distas) and District seminars for The Rotary Foundation, Public Image and Membership
Club categories
Based on Jan. 1, 2015 Semi-Annual Report.
- Category A (Small Clubs) – 25 members and below
- Category B (Medium Clubs) – 26 to 39 members
- Category C (Big Clubs) – 40 members and above
Submission
- Entries for awards must be submitted in the prescribed electronic template (i.e. Powerpoint) in CD, DVD or Flash Drive.
- Templates are available for:
- Major Awards: Most Outstanding Club
- Major Awards: Most Outstanding Club President
- Major Awards #3 to #9
- Project Awards
- Special Awards: Best Club Bulletin
- Special Awards: Photo Awards
- Special Awards #7 to 10
- Separate entries must be submitted for each award a club is bidding for.

A. Major Awards
- Most Outstanding Club (plus 3 Outstanding Clubs)
Criteria:- Membership growth of 10%
(Jan. 1, 2015 vs. July 1, 2014) 10% - Contribution to The Rotary Foundation 10%

Category B – at least US$750
Category C – at least US$1,000 - 80% attendance 10%
- Presidential Citation 10%

- Conduct club planning and initiate a 3-Year Strategic Plan 10%
- Leadership (must submit a 1 page narrative showing Leadership traits of the President) 10%

- Most Outstanding Club in Club Service
- Most Outstanding Club in Vocational Service
- Most Outstanding Club in Community Service

B. Project Awards
A club project shall be nominated and eligible for an award in only one category.
