During the renewal of sisterhood agreement with Rotary Club of Legaspi (D3820) last August 24, 2017 at Casablanca Suites, Legaspi City, Albay, D3850 PDG Mark Ortiz gladly presented to them a simplified step 1-8 of Global Grants application.
Rotary members contribute their skills, expertise, and resources to help solve some of the world's toughest problems and thru Global Grants application, they are able to maximize their help and do more good in the world.
The minimum budget for a global grant project is $30,000. The Foundation's World Fund provides a minimum of $15,000 and maximum of $200,000. Clubs and districts contribute District Designated Funds(DDF) and/or cash contributions that the World Fundmatches. DDF is matched 100 percent and cash is matched at 50 percent. (www.rotary.org)
