Our new D3850 ROTEX Scholar - Andressa Lages Irigaray from
Santa Maria, RS Brazil. The Rotary Club of Santa Maria send her. She
arrived last Aug. 4, 2011 in Roxas City and now enrolled in the Star class in
Capiz High School.
