Rotary-Taghoy Cleft Clinic

Welcome Operation Taghoy Emissary Team visit to Roxas, Iloilo City, Negros Occidental and Cebu City.

Dr. Jaime Yrastorza and Dr. Gerry Capoot will be on emissary visit from June 19-26, 2011 to partner with different local Rotary Clubs and Provincial Health Government Office for the Rotary-Taghoy Clinic in the island and to also check some district hospitals for the 2012 Operation Taghoy Medical Mission.

The group will be accompanied by PP Megs Lunn, the Executive Coordinator Taghoy Philippines of UI and also representing District 3850 Rotary International. They will be welcomed by different Rotary club leaders, too, of the said provinces and cities.

Cheers to a future partnership, to benefit the Filipino children with cleft lip and palate deforminities.

The Object of Rotary

• International Service encompasses actions taken to expand Rotary’s humanitarian reach around the globe and to promote world understanding and peace.
• New Generations Service recognizes the positive change implemented by youth and young adults through leadership development activities, service projects, and exchange programs.

The Four-Way Test

The test, which has been translated into more than 100 languages, asks the following questions:

Of the things we think, say or do

1. Is it the TRUTH?
2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
