RC ROXAS Guest Speaker during the regular meeting - Mr. Joel P. Longares of Atlas Shipping Company. He talked about life and leadership in service. His Atlas is the biggest shipping company for balikbayan boxes in southern and northern California. He is from Mambusao, Capiz and is a prospective Rotarian.
